1. Service Description

AlphaFRS provides AI-powered research report generation. Our multi-agent system finds, analyses, and summarises information into structured reports delivered as PDF.

2. Not Professional Advice

Reports are AI-generated research summaries. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or any other form of professional advice. You should not rely on reports as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. AlphaFRS is not a registered financial adviser, broker, or legal practice.

3. No Accuracy Guarantee

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. AlphaFRS makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of reports. Past performance data referenced in reports is not indicative of future results.

4. Account Terms

  • One account per individual
  • You must provide accurate, current information
  • You are responsible for your account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

5. Credits & Billing

  • Credits are non-refundable except where explicitly stated
  • Credits reset monthly — unused credits do not carry over
  • Cancellation mid-cycle: you retain access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.
  • Credits are deducted when a research job is submitted, not when it completes. Refunds are issued if a job is cancelled before processing begins.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or white-label reports without a Business plan
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract report content
  • Use reports to manipulate financial markets or engage in insider trading
  • Misrepresent AI-generated reports as human-authored research
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Intellectual Property

You own the research reports generated for your account. AlphaFRS retains all rights to the platform, agent system, skills, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely for report generation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaFRS's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on report content, including but not limited to investment losses, trading losses, or business decisions made based on our reports.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AlphaFRS against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or reports, including any violation of these terms.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. AlphaFRS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access reports continues for 30 days to allow data export.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
